We expect that tenants pay by the first day of each month (bank holidays and weekends may sometimes delay rent collection slightly). The vast majority of our tenants pay their monthly rent through our Tenant Portal as a direct deposit to our Broker Trust Account.
We track incoming rent payments for each property through an automated process known as “rent roll” and if any delay is noticed we stay on top of it and immediately reach out to the tenant to avoid late payment and late fees.
