Summary of Our Fees

When you choose us as your property management company, you’ll have the choice of different packages, each with their own fees and services. This sets us apart from other property management companies who only offer a one-size-fits-all approach to managing your rental.

If you own a property that needs long-term rental management, you can choose between the Leasing Only, Premium Program and Standard Program packages. The fees vary depending on the package you choose. 

The best package for you depends on your goals as a landlord. Are you a hands-on landlord who likes to take charge of managing your own property and only needs help with leasing? If so, the Leasing Only package is best for you. With this package, we will help you find a new tenant with our professional marketing and screening services. This will be at a charge of a $250 Startup fee, as well as 50% one month's rent as a Leasing Fee.

If you’re a landlord who’s looking to hire a property management company to handle all aspects of their rental so you don’t have to worry about it, then the Premium Program or Standard Program may better suite your needs.

Both of these long-term management options offer all the services of the Leasing Only program, plus much more. In terms of fees, the Premium and Standard programs both charge a Leasing Fee of 25% One Month's Rent, and Flat $150 on Extensions/Renewals. The Property Management Fee differs for both. The charge for the Premium Program is 10% of monthly rent, whereas the Standard Program has a fee of 8% of monthly rent.
