In the unfortunate circumstance of needing to evict a tenant for nonpayment of rent, breach of contract, or termination of tenancy under terms of the Residential Lease Agreement, North County Property Group provides the eviction services to manage the process from beginning to end. Under our Premium Program we will also guarantee that the costs of eviction are covered up to $2,500 in legal fees.

To evict a tenant in the State of California an unlawful detainer process must be engaged on behalf of the property owner and a lawsuit filed in superior court. An unlawful detainer lawsuit is a "summary" court procedure. This means that the court action moves forward relatively quickly and that the time given the tenant to respond during the lawsuit is also relatively short. The landlord must use this court process to evict the tenant and cannot resort to self-help measures.
